After completing her MBBS, Dr.Ridhi Gupta returned to India to continue her journey of healing and service. She is currently practicing as a Provisional Doctor in Himachal Pradesh, where she works directly with patients, applying her academic learning to real-world medical challenges. Her approach to medicine is not just technical — it’s deeply human. Dr. Ridhi believes that “a doctor’s role goes beyond treatment — it’s about listening, understanding and bringing comfort to every patient.” In her clinical practice, she is known for her calm demeanor, patient-centered approach, and commitment to continuous learning. Beyond her stethoscope, Dr.Ridhi Gupta is a social worker and change maker. She is the Founder of the “Together We Can Foundation,” a non-profit organization dedicated to Food Safety, Body/Organ Donation, Employment Generation, Cloth Donation, Cyber Security, Environment Safety, Water Conservation, Women Empowerment, etc. Under her leadership, the foundation organizes a range of impactful initiatives, including:
- Cloth, food and hygiene drives in under privileged areas.
- Health and wellness awareness programs focused on hygiene, nutrition and preventive care.
- Nukkad Natak(StreetPlays)to raise awareness on issues like de-addiction, organ donation, body positivity and cyber safety.
- Mental health counseling and surveys, addressing the growing emotional challenges among youth and working professionals.
Her foundation’s activities embody her belief that “small acts of kindness can create large waves o fchange. Through her consistent efforts, Dr.Ridhi has become a symbol of hope for many marginalized communities.
